It only takes a few minutes to create your account with the Beulah Drug Photolab. All we require is a valid email address and some basic contact information. You can get started here with our signup page. One account per family please.

How do I get my 15 prints?
When you create a new account we will give you your first 15, 3 1/2x5 or 4x6 inch prints free. To get your free prints simply place an order for 3 1/2x5 or 4x6 inch prints within your account. When you checkout the deduction for your free prints will be applied to your total. Taxes, shipping fees, and charges for additional prints will still apply.

Do you share my account information/email address with other vendors?
NO! Under no circumstance will we share any of your account information with other vendors or service providers. We consider it a privilege to have your email address on file and we will not abuse that privilege. At some point, we may offer special promotions for the Beulahdrug.com Photolab through email notification. We will, however, always provide a way for you to NOT receive these emails.

Absolutely. Our secure server software (SSL) encrypts all the information you type in when you open an account or place an order before it is sent over the Internet. That way, your information cannot be read until it reaches our secure server.

What are your shipping options?
We can ship your order to anywhere in the continental United States. All orders will be sent through the United State Postal Service and require 3-9 days shipping time. Most of our customers, however, receive their processed order a few days after it has been shipped.
We do not offer faster shipping methods at this time.

How long will it take for my order to be complete?
When you place an order, we will give you an estimated pick-up date and time or an estimated ship date. These are only estimates and can vary based on quantity and volume. If you would like to confirm your pick up/shipment time feel free to contact us. You will receive an email once your order is completed or has been shipped.

With our 1-hour processing option, you can upload your images and pick up your prints in an hour. We can fulfill 1-hour orders between 9:00am and 3:00pm on all normal business days. All orders placed after 3:00pm will be available at 10:00am the following business day.

At this time we do not have a storage limit on our accounts as long as you maintain an active account with a reasonable amount of storage. Beulah Drug Company reserves the right to modify this policy if necessary.

What type of Internet connection is recommended?
Because of the large file size associated with digital images, we strongly recommend a high-speed Internet connection such as DSL when using our site. Most cameras produce files that are too large to be uploaded over a dial-up connection. We cannot guarantee the quality of our service on dial-up connections.

What file formats can I upload?
Beulah Drug currently only accepts JPG or JPEG file formats. At this time we cannot accept .tif or .tiff, .bmp, .gif, .psd or any other file formats.
For most users the file that their digital camera produces should be fine. If you are sending images modified in an image editing program make sure they are saved as a jpeg in the RGB colorspace.
